The short tape loop in the RE-100 still meant that you could only affect the delay so much. The RE-201 remedied this by using a longer tape loop that was spooled freely within a chamber with no reels. This loose spool approach resulted in less tape wear and fewer transient noises.
Don’t rely on audio repair and noise reduction software to solve all your problems. These soundproofing hacks will help you reduce noise right at the source!

Unemployment is still rampant (10.4% as of July), and PROMESA, a much-contested law passed in 2016 that promised to stabilize the island’s economy, has wrought austerity measures, from cuts to services and pensions, to controversial labor reforms and the threat of significantly slashing the budget for the University of Puerto Rico.
Modern equipment is incredibly versatile. Sometimes a Swiss army knife unit can take the place of several other pieces of your gear arsenal. If you have something else that does the job just as well, why bother keeping both?
Content-makers often inquire about my services or how they can create a podcast themselves. Most podcasts, however, tend to be personal passion projects and ultimately don’t have the budget for a professional studio to record and edit each episode. I’ve got dozens of tracks like these on my computer still. A 58 kbps copy of Kyuss’ ‘Supa Scoopa and Mighty Scoop’ that sounds like it’s being played through a payphone. A bootlegged CD of Hendrix demos transcoded up from somewhere to 128 kbps.”

Your engagement metrics will tell you which efforts are getting the most attention on a weekly basis, and how that’s changed over time from a macro perspective. What this means is, you can easily see where you’re getting the most interaction and focus in any particular space, and how images or videos two years ago for example stack up with those posted more recently.
Modes and Key Signatures have a variety of different characteristics and are great for outside-the-box songwriting. Here’s a cheat sheet to remember them!
Probably the most important thing is finding a realtor that caters to the industry. Brand new, wet-behind-the-ears realtors — or even seasoned ones who have never worked with 1099s — are going to have a difficult time wrapping their heads around your situation.
